Scavenger Hunt and Getting ready for the Titan Trek!
Period 2 group really enjoyed the scavenger hunt around Mother Teresa the other day! Here are a few photos! Tomorrow is the Titan Trek - we walk around the neighbourhood and raise money for Mother Teresa activities. Feel free to walk with me and other English Language Learners! Should be a fun day!
Today we will do some teambuilding and oral activities. These not only practice our oral language, but will help us get to know each other better for tomorrow's walk! Keep working so hard on your projects!

To, Two and Too!
What is a Homophone?
The –phone ending means sound or voice, so a homophone has the same pronunciation.
A homophone is a word that is pronounced the same as another word but differs in meaning, and may differ in spelling. The words may be spelled the same, such as rose (flower) and rose (past tense of "rise"), or differently, such as carat, caret, and carrot, or to, two, and too.
